on a whim the other day i clicked on a banner thing on my site on authorsden about publishing your own crap.

i signed up for it, expecting tons of spam mail (so i had it sent to my old email) and a lot of bullshit like "pay five hundred dollars and we'll think about looking at your work"

but it's not at all that. it's a subsidary publishing company. they sent me an email - a form letter, to about twenty people, but still it was an email that said something, not just spam.

i also got a letter and a little booklet in the mail.

i'm thinking about getting the third draft of six hours together and finished and seeing what i can do with it.

it's one of my two goals in life. to get published, and to read all the books.

i wonder if either will ever happen
